Cancelation by Tandem Passenger

Tandem flights are fully transferable to another open time slot up to 72 hours before your scheduled flight. Cancelations within 72 hours are non refundable.

 

 

Cancelation by Pilot

 

If a pilot cancels 21 days or more before the first day of their scheduled clinic, they can move their deposit to another date.

 

If a pilot cancels less than 21 days before the first day of their clinic, they forfeit their deposit.

 

 

Cancelation by Northwest Paragliding

 

If the course is cancelled by Northwest Paragliding (most likely due to weather), pilots can use their deposits on any other open clinics or products Northwest Paragliding offers.
